….Tous nos projets débutent par une rencontre entre les clients et un représentant Uni-vert. Nos représentants ont des formations en architecture de paysage et/ou en horticulture. L’objectif de la première rencontre est de comprendre le projet : identifier les besoins des clients, connaître leurs préférences, analyser l’étendue des travaux, évaluer le budget, déterminer quels documents seront nécessaires pour mener le projet à terme : plans, soumission, échéancier, permis.
Certains projets ne nécessitent pas de travail de conception. Un document de soumission clair, précis et détaillé assure aux clients que le résultat sera à la hauteur de leurs attentes et que leur budget sera respecté. Tandis que pour des projets de plus grande envergure, un plan d’aménagement paysager est essentiel afin de regrouper toutes les informations nécessaires pour réaliser un projet avec succès.

All our projects start with a meeting between the customers and a Uni-vert representative. Our representatives all have a background in landscape architecture and/or horticulture. The goal of the first meeting is to get a complete picture of the project. This includes identifying the customer’s needs and preferences, analyzing the scope of the work, evaluating the budget, and determining which documents will be needed (plans, quote, schedule, permits).
Not all projects involve design work. However, we always provide a clear, detailed quote, which assures customers that not only will the end result meet their expectations, it also won’t break their budget. For larger projects, we produce a landscaping plan, which contains all the information needed to carry out the project successfully. ….

….Les représentants Uni-vert s’impliquent dans le projet du début à la fin. Dès la première rencontre, ils sont toujours disponibles et se déplacent sur le chantier pour répondre aux questions et pour assurer la satisfaction des clients.
